Foster and maintain commercial relationships with key customers in order to consolidate and/or develop the customer portfolio and meet established business objectives. Plan, coordinate and supervise all activities carried out in the UN, both technical, commercial and support, ensuring that they are in line with established guidelines and business objectives. Identify staffing needs in terms of team sizing and training, ensuring that the staff is available and trained to provide an efficient service to customers. Supervise the implementation of the work systems and procedures necessary to ensure that the Business Unit carries out its activities efficiently and in line with MP's way of working. Identify and evaluate environmental aspects and indicators, as well as define their control and monitoring methodology. Apply good environmental practices and collaborate with the fulfilment of environmental requirements.

To manage and promote the activity of the Branch, in accordance with the commercial policy and the established business plan, in order to meet the profitability and service objectives set for this Unit.

Execute existing installation maintenance, repair and call back to meet maintenance requirements. Gather customers’ needs and requests, provide active solutions and improve customer satisfaction. Record and fill in Service Report, keep the report completely as Company required Provide accurate worked hours and call back report timely according to relevant standards. Finish other tasks assigned by supervisor. Comply with all applicable safety rules and work instructions during work, promptly report all accidents, safety incidents and unsafe conditions. Collect and disposal of hazardous waste according the related legal and company requirements. To research no closed incidences in order to find out the root of the problem and provide a definitive solution. To train customers and employees in MP product. To commission the new lifts following the guidelines of the company in order to warranty the quality of the product and the compliance with the regulations.

Activities that belong to your position: · Operationally managing and managing the project teams of the new construction and modernization · Actively implementing and propagating the safety policy (VCA** / ISO45001) · Developing and thinking about a growth strategy and setting out corresponding actions for it. · You are personally and proactively involved in the larger projects and customers. · Responsible for the quality and effective execution of the work within your team. · Making an important contribution to the guidance and development of our employees, with the aim of empowering everyone in the team. · Setting and realizing the right priorities to ensure (with the customer) performance, lead times and customer satisfaction. · Initiating and supporting the project teams in a proactive approach towards our customers. · Coordinating or maintaining customer contacts after escalation, via visits, email or telephone. As a Project Manager, you will directly manage the project teams of the new construction and modernization department and you will be ultimately responsible for the operational and financial performance of the department. Through your coaching leadership style, you know how to motivate your teams and bring them to top performance. You are directly involved in large(r) projects. You are in constant contact with market parties, (international) subcontractors and our own development departments in Spain to apply the most modern techniques and products. In this position, you will report directly to the Manager Operations Netherlands and Belgium and you will be a member of the operational management team.
