Activities that belong to your position: · Operationally managing and managing the project teams of the new construction and modernization · Actively implementing and propagating the safety policy (VCA** / ISO45001) · Developing and thinking about a growth strategy and setting out corresponding actions for it. · You are personally and proactively involved in the larger projects and customers. · Responsible for the quality and effective execution of the work within your team. · Making an important contribution to the guidance and development of our employees, with the aim of empowering everyone in the team. · Setting and realizing the right priorities to ensure (with the customer) performance, lead times and customer satisfaction. · Initiating and supporting the project teams in a proactive approach towards our customers. · Coordinating or maintaining customer contacts after escalation, via visits, email or telephone. The coming years will be dominated by development and innovation. As a Project Manager, you will directly manage the project teams of the new construction and modernization department and you will be ultimately responsible for the operational and financial performance of the department. Through your coaching leadership style, you know how to motivate your teams and bring them to top performance. You are directly involved in large(r) projects. Within MP we stand for involvement and unburdening customers, some terms that fit for the projects department are: · Flexibility in execution · Planning = planning · Maximum unburdening of our customers Turnover in the projects department is growing strongly and we expect to continue this trend in the coming years. We are absorbing this growth by expanding our team, but also by standardization, improving processes and increasing employee productivity. As the manager of the department, you will lead this transformation that directly contributes to shorter lead times, higher customer satisfaction and lower installation costs. You are in constant contact with market parties, (international) subcontractors and our own development departments in Spain to apply the most modern techniques and products. In this position, you will report directly to the Manager Operations Netherlands and Belgium and you will be a member of the operational management team.

B, umiejętność budowania dobrych relacji z klientami, znajomość języka polskiego na wysokim poziomie, znajomość języka angielskiego w stopniu komunikatywnym, umożliwiającym pracę w wewnętrznych systemach, podstawowa znajomość autoCAD będzie dodatkowym atutem, dobra organizacja czasu pracy (liczne wyjazdy do klientów na wyznaczonym terytorium) oraz samodzielność.
