Foster and maintain commercial relationships with key customers in order to consolidate and/or develop the customer portfolio and meet established business objectives. Plan, coordinate and supervise all activities carried out in the UN, both technical, commercial and support, ensuring that they are in line with established guidelines and business objectives. Identify staffing needs in terms of team sizing and training, ensuring that the staff is available and trained to provide an efficient service to customers. Supervise the implementation of the work systems and procedures necessary to ensure that the Business Unit carries out its activities efficiently and in line with MP's way of working. Identify and evaluate environmental aspects and indicators, as well as define their control and monitoring methodology. Apply good environmental practices and collaborate with the fulfilment of environmental requirements.

To manage and promote the activity of the Branch, in accordance with the commercial policy and the established business plan, in order to meet the profitability and service objectives set for this Unit.

Execute existing installation maintenance, repair and call back to meet maintenance requirements. Gather customers’ needs and requests, provide active solutions and improve customer satisfaction. Record and fill in Service Report, keep the report completely as Company required Provide accurate worked hours and call back report timely according to relevant standards. Finish other tasks assigned by supervisor. Comply with all applicable safety rules and work instructions during work, promptly report all accidents, safety incidents and unsafe conditions. Collect and disposal of hazardous waste according the related legal and company requirements. To research no closed incidences in order to find out the root of the problem and provide a definitive solution. To train customers and employees in MP product. To commission the new lifts following the guidelines of the company in order to warranty the quality of the product and the compliance with the regulations.

Door jouw coachende leiderschapsstijl weet jij jouw teams te motiveren en tot topprestaties te brengen. Bij grote(re) projecten ben je zelf direct betrokken. Binnen MP staan we voor betrokkenheid en ontzorgen van klanten, enkele termen die hierbij passen voor de afdeling projecten zijn: · Flexibiliteit in uitvoering · Planning = planning · Maximaal ontzorgen van onze klanten De omzet op de projecten afdeling groeit sterk en we verwachten deze trend in de komende jaren door te zetten. Deze groei vangen we op door uitbreiding van ons team maar ook met name door standaardisering, het verbeteren van processen en het verhogen van de productiviteit van de medewerkers. Als manager van de afdeling leidt je deze transformatie die direct bijdraagt aan kortere doorlooptijden, hogere klanttevredenheid en lagere installatiekosten. Je staat continue in contact met marktpartijen, (internationale) onderaannemers en onze eigen development afdelingen in Spanje om de modernste technieken en producten toe te kunnen passen. In deze functie rapporteer je direct aan de Manager Operations Nederland en België en heb je zitting in het operationeel management team.
