In compliance with the provisions of the applicable regulations on the protection of personal data, more specifically Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council dated 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, MAC PUAR S.A (hereinafter MP) with tax identification number A-41023607 and registered office at Calle Leonardo da Vinci, 15 (41092) Seville, Spain, as the party responsible for processing your personal data informs you as an applicant for employment offers from the MP Group of the following:

Purpose and legitimacy of processing

By applying for a vacancy at MP, you consent to the use and processing of your personal data provided at the time of application. This data will be entered into the MP processing register for the purposes of recruitment and managing your curriculum vitae and the follow-up of your application and/or other similar data that may be of interest to you.

We will also process your data if you took part in a selection procedure for the filling of other current and prospective positions in other companies of the MP Group.

We will process the following data: first name, surname, age, post address, e-mail address, telephone number, academic and vocational training, previous positions and/or current position (hereinafter referred to as your "data"). This data is provided by you when you fill in the application form we provide.

The basis of legitimacy for your data processing is your consent to participate in the recruitment and selection processes for MP positions. Therefore, you, as the data subject, expressly and unequivocally consent to the processing of your personal data for the aforementioned purpose. In the event of any changes to your personal data, we ask you to inform us in writing in order to keep your job application or curriculum vitae up to date.

Based on the principle of minimisation, we inform you that your data will be processed in an appropriate and relevant manner, limited to the data required for the fulfilment of the processing purposes.

Conservation period

Under the principle of time limitation, we inform you that the data will be kept for the period required to fulfil the purposes for which they have been collected, until you exercise your right to erasure, cancellation and/or limitation of the processing thereof. Under no circumstances may this storage period exceed 24 months. At the end of this period, you will receive an e-mail message to update your CV data. If this data is not updated, your data will be deleted within the following days.

However, by mandatory legal provision, a longer conservation period may be established for reasons of legal certainty and to respond to user complaints.

Transfers and recipients of personal data

Applicants' data may be transferred to MP Group companies and to third party companies that need to access and/or use the data for the purposes described above.

Applicant's rights

We inform you that you may withdraw your consent to the processing of your data at any time. Withdrawal does not imply the invalidity of the processing operations carried out prior to the moment of withdrawal.

The applicant may exercise with regard to MP, where applicable, the rights of access, correction or deletion, processing limitation, opposition, portability and to refuse automated individual decisions. Likewise, he/she may revoke his/her consent given for a specific purpose and may modify his/her preferences at any time.

The applicant may exercise his/her rights at the following e-mail address: protecciondedatos@mpcorporacion.com, or at the registered office at Calle Leonardo da Vinci, 15 (41092) Seville, Spain. A scanned document certifying his or her identity shall be enclosed with the request.

Job applicants are informed that they can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency https://www.aepd.es/es.

As part of the processing described in this document, all appropriate technical, organisational and security measures are taken against any unauthorised access to or any alteration, disclosure, destruction or loss of your Data hosted in EU data centres throughout the processing.

Updates and modifications

MP reserves the right to modify and/or update the information on data protection when necessary for the proper compliance with the Data Protection Regulation or the Organic Law on Data Protection and Guarantee of Digital Rights. In the event of any modification, the new text will be posted on this page, where you will be able to access the current policy.

These conditions of use are governed by European and Spanish legislation.
