Planning, controlling and managing new and modernization projects, in a comprehensively manner (from start to end), ensuring and coordinating the necessary resources in order to deliver the project on time and according to established specifications and costs

- Creating quotations for the supply of new lifts, escalators

- expanding the customer portfolio with new installations and upgrades (complete    technology replacement)

- concluding contracts with customers

- Participation in site inspection days if necessary

- negotiations with project managers

- communication with designers and subcontractors

- communication with MP production plants abroad

- participation in the handover of the work to the client

- technical training abroad
